Updated November 20: November is See Our Schools month for University City High School and Brittany Woods Middle School. Both schools have exciting events lined up for students and families, especially those considering the high school or the middle school. Current students in grades 5 and 8 are particularly encouraged to attend with their parents or caregivers.
On Thursday, Nov. 30, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Brittany Woods Middle School will be hosting its "See Our Schools" event for prospective middle school students. Rising sixth graders (current fifth graders) and their caregivers are encouraged to attend!
Join us for hot chocolate. Mingle with staff and student ambassadors. Enjoy display tables highlighting the school's coursework, electives and activities. Hear a presentation from school leaders.
This is an excellent opportunity for families to get a glimpse of the school's offerings and the warm, inclusive atmosphere at Brittany Woods Middle School.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Enter at the library entrance. Principal Justin Davis and staff will have a presentation at 5:40 p.m. in the library. At 6:30 p.m., the fun evening continues with the Brittany Woods Band and Orchestra Concert in the gym. This musical performance showcases the talent and dedication of the students in the school's music programs.

This Event Has Passed. On Nov. 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.m., University City High School will be hosting a special Parent Engagement Night titled "Experiencing the U."
This event is open to all current and prospective high school families, providing them with the opportunity to explore the campus, meet teachers and gain insights into the educational experience at UCHS. Families can immerse themselves in the vibrant UCHS community, ask questions, and discover the numerous resources available to support their children's academic journey. Activities and information stations will include:
