May 8-12 is nationally recognized as Teacher Appreciation Week. As the week approaches, One U City is inviting parents, caregivers and students to participate in several celebratory events to uplift our staff. Please join them in making the week extra-special for all of our staff. Our teachers and staff work so hard to make sure our students are cared for, educated and loved. Chalk the Walks: Sunday, May 7 at 4:30 p.m. in front of your elementary or middle school
Join up with other One U City families in your schools to create colorful sidewalk art to welcome staff to their schools on Monday morning.
Brighten Up the Day! Monday, May 8
Students, wear your sunglasses or brightly covered neon clothes to school to celebrate the brightness teachers and staff shine upon their school every day.
My Teacher Is Too Sweet, Tuesday, May 9
Students, bring your teachers a sweet treat, or, write them a sweet note telling them what you like about them.

Students, wear your teacher's favorite colors to brighten their day.

Students, parents and or caregivers, thank a teacher by writing a note, sending a video, or drawing a picture.
