Do You Have a District T-Mobile Hotspot?

hotspotT-Mobile is providing the District with new, upgraded hotspots to replace its current hotspots. If you have a T-Mobile hotspot provided by the District, you must pick up a new one from the District prior to Winter Break. After December 17, the older T-Mobile hotspots will no longer work. You must get the new hotspot in order to keep your internet service. You must get the device ahead of winter break to ensure your internet service over the break.

To make things easier, the devices will be available for drive-through or pickup at the following locations on:

  • Monday, Dec. 13: 8 to 11:30 a.m. - Jackson Park Elementary parking lot
  • Monday, Dec. 13, 4 to 7:30 p.m. - Jackson Park Elementary School Immunization Clinic Hallway
  • Tuesday, Dec. 14: 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Brittany Woods Middle School front circle
  • Wednesday, Dec. 15, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Front lobby, McNair Administration Building
  • Thursday, Dec. 16, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Front lobby, McNair Administration Building
  • Friday, Dec. 17, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. - Front lobby, McNair Administration Building

This action only applies to families with district-provided T-Mobile hotspots. It does not apply to families with other brands of hotspots provided by the District. You will need to look at your current wireless hotspot device to determine if you need to switch it out for the new one. The devices have the T Mobile logo on the top.

If you have any technical questions or issues regarding the setup of the new device, please contact T-Mobile tech support through the phone number listed on the back of the device.
