Jump Start to Kindergarten

Jump Start to Kindergarten for the 2026-27 school year
is July 28-30, 2026

Jump Start to Kindergarten is an orientation program for incoming kindergartners to help them transition into their elementary schools. This year's Jump Start to Kindergarten will be held in the mornings on July 28-30. in each of the District's four elementary schools. Students will participate in half-day activities to meet their classmates and their teachers, familiarize themselves with the classroom and the school building, learn how to ride the bus, play games, and enjoy snacks. Participation is highly recommended for any incoming kindergarten student.
