Printed copies of the packets are also available in the BW office, BW gym, at BW registration and the annual Back-to-School Rally.

Students must have a current physical from a doctor to be able to play a sport at BW. Physicals are only good for one calendar year unless they are after    Feb 1 and then they are good for all of the following school year. Sports physicals are also typically available during the Back-to-School Rally on the first Tuesday in August each year and on-site after the school day within the first few of weeks of school. Students must also have updated medical insurance information listed as well as the Emergency page completed. Kid Guard Insurance is available to purchase for a small fee, if a student does not have other health insurance. (See the Coach or Ms. Wenneker for more information.)
