  • Witnessing Whiteness Program Coming to U. City

    In collaboration with the YWCA, The Flynn Park PTO’s Equity and Inclusion Committee is excited to host a Witnessing Whiteness (WW) group for the U. City community as part of its mission to eliminate racism. WW groups will meet on Wednesdays during Fall 2019 and are designed for individuals who identify as white to come together in a supportive setting to do work around eliminating racism - drawing from on Shelly Tochluk’s book Witnessing Whiteness: The Need to Talk About Race and How to Do It (2nd edition). Click headline to read more.
