The School District of University City is committed to giving students the access and tools needed for success, especially during this time away from their classroom.
Parents: Please note, the curbside pickup dates for the laptops at elementary schools have since passed. However, you can still receive a laptop for your 3rd-5th grader by calling 314-290-4003.
Laptops for students in Grades 3 - 5 will be distributed to parents on Tuesday, March 31, 2020:
- Parents can pick up Chromebook laptop devices and chargers at their individual school
- Pickup will be car-side, just drive up to the front of the school
Elementary Chromebook Pickup Times:
- Third Grade: March 31 - 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- Fourth Grade: March 31 - 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
- Fifth Grade: March 31 - 12:30 to 2 p.m.
- Make-up pickup for all grades will be Wednesday, April 1 from 10 a.m to 2 p.m.
- After April 1: Pickup available at McNair Administration Building (8136 Groby Road) by calling 314-290-4003
Internet Access:
- The District has been issuing internet hotspot devices to families with students in grades 3-12 as needed.
To register for a hotspot device, please fill out the form at bit.ly/ucityhotspot.
- Families can also call Charter (Spectrum) directly for FREE wifi for 60 days by calling 1-844-488-8395, some restrictions may apply.
