Student Discipline

Inclement Weather Closings
When the St. Louis area experiences inclement weather conditions, the health and safety of our students and staff is the most important consideration to the District. The Superintendent of Schools may decide to close school for the entire District or only specific buildings for the safety of the staff and students. Alternatively, the superintendent may open schools on a "late start" schedule.
Days missed due to inclement weather may be made up at the end of the school year as needed.
Information regarding school closings or late starts will also be conveyed through the District's automated phone system and available on the District's homepage at www.ucityschools.org.
