Classroom Rules and Expectations

I am your child’s First grade teacher. We are in room 207. I believe your child can achieve success by accepting responsibility for learning and respecting the learning environment. School begins at 8:45 and lessons will begin promptly. Physical Education will be on “A” day, which follows our ABC rotation schedule. Please have your child dress appropriately for physical activity (wear tennis shoes). Celebrating birthdays is a happy time for the students, however to make sure that learning is top priority, we will have birthdays in the cafeteria during lunch. Individual store bought treats are suggested to bring or send and the children will enjoy them at the end of lunch (11:15-11:35).
