Family Engagement Committee
Parents and family members play a vital role in the development and education of their children and in the success of the schools within the School District of University City. The primary purpose of the Family Engagement Committee (FEC) committee is to help schools and the school district to identify, develop and implement strategies that will create the conditions for parents to engage in their child’s education and reduce barriers for parents who find involvement more challenging. This committee will also provide the opportunity for parents to have a voice that will be taken into account at the district and school board level.
