Wanting to Request Attendance to a Workshop or Conference?
Please submit the following form along with the official registration forms to Curriculum & Instruction to Marsha Wood's attention no later than 30 days before the date of the conference.

After your conference/workshop attendance please submit the Report of Conference Attendance form within 30 days to Curriculum & Instruction to Marsha Wood's attention.
If you are to receive a reimbursement per District guidelines please submit the following Reimbursement Form .
