Check the University City Public Library and local book stores - Subterranean Books in the Loop and Barnes & Noble in Ladue - for the recommended books below. You may also print a version of the list for reference. Students may tweet about their summer reading using #ucityreads.

These recommended reading lists offer a variety of options to students to encourage summer reading. Parents are encouraged to read book summaries available at the University City Public Library or online (Amazon.com, BN.com, etc.) to become familiar with the topics or themes in books their child may select.
