The School District of University City seeks an outstanding Latin instructor with a strong background in adolescent instructional strategies. The successful candidate will be part of a high-energy team comprised of certified educators dedicated to continuous academic improvement for all students.
Qualifications: The teacher recommended for employment will be expected to collaborate with other professionals, be flexible and have strong content knowledge, as well as expertise in working with 7-8 middle school students. Experience with differentiating instruction and working in urban settings, a plus. All candidates must have current Missouri certification and knowledgeable in implementing researched-based strategies proven to reduce the achievement gap.
