Secondary Industrial Technology Teacher
The School District of University City seeks an outstanding Secondary Industrial Technology Teacher to join our District family. The successful candidate will unite with a high-energy team of educators dedicated to continuous educational improvement for all students.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess Missouri certification to teach Industrial Technology (middle school certification desirable). This position will require the successful candidate to have competencies in the following areas: materials and processes, energy and power; current emerging technologies related to industrial technology education; impact of
technological developments on society and the environment; safety issues in industrial
technology learning environments; foundations of industrial technology education and
career opportunities in technical fields. Previous experience and involvement with Project
Lead the Way would be beneficial.
