Barnes And Noble Assist in Fundraising

Barnes and Noble bookstore in Clayton teamed up with our school for a book fair on November 10, 2007. The book fair raised more than $300. The money will be used to help support our school library. During the fair, students read their original, published stories. We gained support from parents, teachers, students and even bookstore customers! Also, Ms. Lazarus (our wonderful art teacher) displayed our students' artwork throughout the store. There were over 60 pieces of art exhibited that week. The endeavor was such a success that we look forward to many collaborations with Barnes and Noble in the future.
